Hurley eat your heart out

Moving - lots of stuff being unearthed - came across all these. Got to be a winning lottery ticket in there somewhere...

Ka-Blam!

Recently created some illustrations for Catch 22 Magazine - to accompany an article about obscure / exotic / different occupations young people go into nowadays. My fave things to draw were the wrestling masks and sound effects.

Stop!

My Stop Thinking In Pixels And Vectors screen-printed poster (VERY cryptic unrelated name obviously) was featured in some gallery of artists in a youth enterprise magazine . Down with the kids!

Back at fashion label Boxfresh for a bit. Here's a graphic I did for them a while ago. More soon! Nose to the grindstone...

Yardpartners Site

The new Yardpartners site is now live. Check it out here. You can see some of the work I've done for Unilever and Airwave in the portfolio.
I created portraits of the whole YP team for the site, even the dogs (although between you and me they're really not pulling their weight). I've been working closely with YP for a while, and made it into the hall of fame (am still trying to push through the employee of the month thing, with stars on name badges - yet to hear back. Hello, HR?)

Looking rough?

Here's a rough for something I was working on. Sadly project ground to a halt.

Ice Cold Pitchers

Just got some photos of a tee I designed for Bristol Softball team the Ice Cold Pitchers. They needed a kit so Mabboo was only too happy to help, along with some help from the team's sponsors: the South Gloucestershire Coach & Bus Co. (catchy - yeah try laying THAT out nicely on the back of a shirt!) Apparently it gave them 'the edge' on its debut wearing - with the team coming back from 8 runs down to win 27-25. This means nothing to me. Who scored?
Thanks to Ed (and Sam's camera) for the photos.

NASS en Masse

Ran the NASS en Masse 10km in Richmond Park at the weekend. The race was started by a local MP. I only knew who he was because he was the only person wearing a suit in a park on a Sunday morning. Here is a picture of my certificate. I also received a medal. The Wall of Gaylord continues to grow. Thanks to everyone who sponsored me.

Blas - Now with Extra Oomph!

Head on over to Blas Burgerworks' site and you can see that the clever people of rndm and baar have given my illustrations that little bit of extra oomph - getting them blinking and dancing and doing all those fiddly technological moving things that they pride themselves in doing.

Bang On

Ran the 16 mile Kingston Breakfast Run last weekend. (FYI: no breakfast was provided) Ran it in 2 hours 26 minutes and 14 seconds - smashing a WHOLE 60 SECONDS off of last year's time. Prize for consistency? In the post I am told, along with the bacon sandwich as well I should hope.

Cheeky Monkeys

Here's my window painting for Cheeky Monkeys toy shop in Rottingdean. Marco and I made a big thought bubble, seascape and headlines to showcase the store's upcoming Lego building competition. Sorry for the dodgy pics - the sun decided to make a welcome appearance from over the sea. You can read about Marco's Lego exploits here and buy Cheeky Monkeys' wares here.

Inaction Man

Here's a piece I did for JD Sports & Size? - a comic graphic to be brandished on a large scale in-store - featuring a modern day lingo version of the one and only Action Man. Unfortunately it looks like its screeched to a halt. Back in the box for Action Man.
