The Cocoanut Exhibition

Some of the work at Relinquish - an exhibition at the Cocoanut - looked good last week. Here's the cool little mini catalogue for the show.

Collins' Beans Football Blog

Some designs for a new blog that just went up – set up by some friends at WAFC. Collins' Beans (named after a Sky Sports commentator I have obviously not heard of) is a football opinion site that strives to "slice through the cliches and pick apart the lazy generalizations...of the beautiful game"

The Forever War

Screen-printed potential book cover for one of my fave books: Joe Haldeman's SF classic The Forever War.

Sketchbook

Odd image from the sketchbook.

Brand New Boxfresh

Here's a new Tee I designed for Boxfresh's SS11 collection – available to buy soon. Watch this space...

New & Improved Ubik

Here's a screen-print I did the other day - a poster for the infamous ('ubiquitous' even) title product in one of my favourite books by Philip K Dick.

Another Upcoming Exhibition

Some of my work will be in Relinquish – a show taking place next month at The Cocoanut, Kingston. Opening night is Wednesday 27 January from 7pm.

WAFC Garms

The new and improved WAFC strip arrived this week. Now with added testosterone...

Christmas...a little late

Check out this video I found. I have absolutely no idea who did the illustrations and typography for this video I came across on YouTube.

Salut Mesrine

Here's another screen-print I did the other week – for recent film double-bill based on the life – and crimes – and death of Frenchman Jacques Mesrine. My friends loved it so much - his dapper styles and cool ever-changing facial hair - and the subtitles enabled them to practice their much-improved reading skills...

Upcoming Show

I've got some work in a show in Saskatoon, Canada next month. So if any of you are in the area... Here's the teaser. More info coming soon...

It's A Wrap

Ran out of wrapping paper on Xmas eve - so had to do some making-do and getting by...

On the last day of Xmas...

Recently got in the Christmas mood creating illustrations for an Xmas TV spot, showcasing the channel's festive shows, but I can't show any of it here just yet (some guys in sunglasses and black suits might pay me a visit and knock my pen pots over).

Let me know if you catch it on TV - and I'll post it up here later in the year when Christmas is but a distant memory...Happy New Year!

Thai Fighter

A full page collage illustration for a Thai film magazine, accompanying an article on the future of film and tearing up the rule-book (Avatar on the cover - ooh err). Thanks to Nalat and the team for all their help and... well - putting up with my language ignorance!

Major Player

New screen-print of the late-great-king-of-Baltimore-funeral-homes Russell "Stringer" Bell. If you're a Wire geek like me then you'll feel my pain (still not over it). And talking of Wire geeks - a friend sent me this - I wants me one (Christmas present anyone?).
